Compare the proposal, not just the material

Ask the contractor which material they propose and why it suits your attic. A useful quote explains preparation, coverage, access, installation and cleanup.

Questions for your assessment

• Can the current insulation remain?
• Will air sealing be completed first?
• How will eaves ventilation and required clearances be protected?
• What completion photos or documentation will you receive?

We do not quote a universal depth or promise a percentage reduction in energy bills. The right specification depends on the building.
